Philip Assetto is still leading us through the fascinating world of Rome, Italy. Since the Express's last stop, Phil has attended a rowdy soccer game with a thrilling last second victory, shopped at a diverse and "bizarre" flea market with items one would expect to find in a fantasy novel, and became intimately involved in Italian politics. You'll have to read the blog to find out what happened.
Phil will continue to pull us deeper into his new world, and you should be right along for the ride. He has already seen the Grand Canal of Venice and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. He has witnessed Carnivale and discussed politics with true Romans. And he still has three months left! Next stop - Florence.
