Season 1 : Volume 8

An Update On Our BlogAbroad.com Bloggers
Phil
Jackie
Emma

Dear Readers,

The BlogAbroad.com Express is back and ready to bring you more excitement and adventure. This issue will focus on the thrilling new creation of BlogAbroad.com Bonus Material , a section of BlogAbroad.com that will include reports from special guest bloggers, articles from study abroad advisors, and much more.

While the initial content is up, the site has not been designed yet. The look is still in the process of being created, but don't let that deter you from the great mountains of content that will soon be piling on to the site.

A new era of BlogAbroad.com is dawning and it's going to be riveting, so hang on and let's go!

Sincerely,
The BlogAbroad.com Team (John, Drew, Matt & Kim)

Guest Appearances
Our three BlogAbroad.com bloggers have been terrific. Phil, Jackie, and Emma have taken us on captivating journeys through three very different countries. But more is always better.

For that reason, we are adding special guest bloggers who are studying abroad in other countries and will periodically update us on their adventures.

Our first guest blogger is Tonnia Harry, a Wilmington, Delaware resident and Lincoln University of Pennsylvania student who is currently studying abroad in Nice, France. She is originally from Trinidad and Tobago, but came to America when she was very young so she could get a proper education. Now she has gone to France to further that education, and has already visited Spain, Italy, and many other countries, as well as become involved in numerous social gatherings with international guests. She has seventeen pages worth of an incredible story, as well as some truly magnificent photos, that she will be sharing with us through the next month or so.

It includes some truly fascinating insights into other cultures, so you won't want to miss a word of it.

Student Spotlights
We will also highlight extraordinary studying abroad students. This will occur via question and answer sections, biographies, pictures, and much more. The first student spotlight is Ashley McDonough, who is currently studying abroad in Germany. A short Q & A with her is on the website now. More spotlights will follow shortly.
Adventurous Employees
The BlogAbroad.com team is made up of some truly amazing people. They are excellent writers, are involved with cutting-edge technology, and are well cultured and well traveled.

While you may not have seen any proof of the writing part, two examples of the traveling aspect can be found among the Bonus Material.

Kim Gradel studied abroad in London her junior year of college. The first half of her story is posted on the site, and some wonderful pictures are on their way.

Matt Ulmer recently traveled to Paris and stayed with a host family. He has posted pictures of his adventures for your enjoyment.

Both of their experiences were exciting, and there are still more to come.

Advisor Articles
There is a lot more content on the website than is described in this newsletter. There will also be more content added as the site matures. One example of this will be articles from the BlogAbroad.com staff as well as from study abroad advisors.

If you would like to write an article or supply an already existing article to BlogAbroad.com, please send an e-mail to mulmer@edudirectories.com.

This is the eight of many action packed newsletters detailing the adventures of Phil, Jackie, and Emma. We will continue to follow them as they explore the world. We will also continue providing useful information about studying abroad and blogging, as we feature different programs, provide answers to your questions, and more. Tell us what you would like to see in future issues of this newsletter.
