This is actually really cool. You see that thing floating out there? It's a piece of the world's only mobile harber. Winston Churchill designed a harbor that he had built right in the sea. A road was built from the harbor to the beach, and boats could bring tanks to the harbor and have the tanks drive right up to the beach. Very spiffy. It's hard to tell that Winston had a least a small buzz on 24 hours a day.
