BlogAbroad.com Season 3 Photo Contest - Rules & Regulations

The season finale of BlogAbroad.com Season 3 is rapidly approaching, but we aren't going to leave without a bang.

Introducing the first ever BlogAbroad.com photo contest. The bloggers choose their two favorite photos, and then you choose the best one.

Are you ready to be judge? Are you ready to have a contest's fate in your hands?

Then you are ready for the BlogAbroad.com Season 3 Photo Contest. It's going to be bloggerific.

1. All entries become the property of Educational Directories Unlimited, Inc. (EDU), owner of BlogAbroad.com, and may be used in promotional literature and any other purpose at EDU's sole discretion, and will not be returned.

2. All photographs must have been featured on a BlogAbroad.com blog.

3. Entrant must have legal rights to submitted photographs.

4. All winners will be selected on or around April 12, 2006 by the BlogAbroad.com readers. Winners will be notified by e-mail, mail or telephone.

5. Eligibility: This contest is held strictly for cast members of BlogAbroad.com. All others are not eligible.

6. Winners must sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release within 21 days of the prize awarding. Failure to comply with this stipulation will result in forfeiture of the prize and the awarding of the prize to another individual.

7. All decisions will be final.
